What types of Mobility products do you offer?

We offer a varied range of mobility products, including class 2 scooters, wheelchairs, including both manual and electric. All our products are designed to meet the needs of customers focusing on comfort, reliability and durability.

How do I know which mobility product is right for me?

Choosing the right mobility scooter or wheelchair can be a confusing process, therefore it's important to consider your requirements, and discuss the weight and style of product. In all instances, we highly recommend users to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or physical therapist, to help determine the ideal product for your needs.

Do you offer spare or replacement parts?

Yes, we offer spare parts for most items. Please contact us for more information on the services available.

Do you offer VAT Relief on products?

Yes, we offer VAT Relief on certain eligible products. If you are eligible for VAT Relief you will need to complete a form and send us when purchasing. You will find an option to select VAT Relief on products.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently No, We only ship domestically within the UK. All our prices are displayed in Great British £ Pounds Sterling. All Items are despatched with Tracked Delivery.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation order email to track the status of your order. Once your order is despatched you will receive another email along with the tracking number. You can also track the status of your order from your account page once logged in.

Can I amend my order?

If you would like to amend anything on a recent, pending order with us, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible by phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we won't be able to make any amendments to it for you however please don't hesitate to give us a call and we can explain how to return an item to us if needs be.

I am unable to place an order?

Sincere apologies if you're having any trouble placing an order with us. Have you entered all your personal and payment details correctly before placing your order? If so, please send us an email or telephone us with as many details of the problem as possible.

Where is my order?

We provide estimated delivery dates for your order within our checkout so you can see exactly when your order should arrive.
If your delivery hasn't arrived on the stated date, please refer to your order confirmation email which will contain your individual tracking number so you can access more details about your parcel.

Please also check for any delivery cards from the courier which may indicate the local depot has attempted a delivery. This will include details on how to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel if you prefer.

Attaching Steering Bar To Scooter

The steering bar on the 310B comes unattached.
To attach the bar, place the bottom half over the exposed hole and push down.
After attaching the steering bar, use the toolkit allen key to tighten the bolts. The steering bar will now move the front wheels correspondingly.

Locking The Brakes On Scooter

The brakes on the 310B and 36300 can be locked very easily.
To lock the brakes, to stop the scooter from moving, push the lever ontop of the brake handle downwards
This will lock the handbrake and stop the scooter from moving.
To Unlock, simply push the lever back upwards.

How Do I Reverse My Scooter ?

To go in reverse on your scooter, simply press the circular button on the left hand steering control.
To go forward, simply press the button again.
This will put the scooter back into forward mode.

How Do I Turn The Battery On ?

To turn the battery on your scooter, insert the supplied key and turn to lock the battery into place.
On the 36300 Scooter, the key locks the battery onto the scooter and also turns it on.
On the 310B the key locks the battery onto the scooter, and circular button on the side of battery will turn on the battery.

How Do I Fold My Scooter ?

To fold your 310B Scooter, simply pull the Red Bolt and push the seat downwards until flat. The steering bar can then be unlocked and also folded flat.
To Unfold your 310B Scooter, simply pull the Red Bolt again and push up the seat until fully upwards.
To fold/unfold your 36300 Scooter, simply pull up the seat and the scooter will fold inwards. The reverse is applicable to unfold it.
