Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation order email to track the status of your order. Once your order is despatched you will receive another email along with the tracking number. You can also track the status of your order from your account page once logged in.
We provide estimated delivery dates for your order within our checkout so you can see exactly when your order should arrive.

The steering bar on the 310B comes unattached.
To attach the bar, place the bottom half over the exposed hole and push down.
After attaching the steering bar, use the toolkit allen key to tighten the bolts. The steering bar will now move the front wheels correspondingly.
The brakes on the 310B and 36300 can be locked very easily.
To lock the brakes, to stop the scooter from moving, push the lever ontop of the brake handle downwards
This will lock the handbrake and stop the scooter from moving.
To Unlock, simply push the lever back upwards.
To go in reverse on your scooter, simply press the circular button on the left hand steering control.
To go forward, simply press the button again.
This will put the scooter back into forward mode.
To turn the battery on your scooter, insert the supplied key and turn to lock the battery into place.
On the 36300 Scooter, the key locks the battery onto the scooter and also turns it on.
On the 310B the key locks the battery onto the scooter, and circular button on the side of battery will turn on the battery.
To fold your 310B Scooter, simply pull the Red Bolt and push the seat downwards until flat. The steering bar can then be unlocked and also folded flat.
To Unfold your 310B Scooter, simply pull the Red Bolt again and push up the seat until fully upwards.
To fold/unfold your 36300 Scooter, simply pull up the seat and the scooter will fold inwards. The reverse is applicable to unfold it.
